Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to most countries worldwide!

Eek! Please let me know ASAP if you’ve entered the wrong address. While the order is still waiting to be printed I may be able to cancel the order and you can start it again. However, if the prints have already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing I can do. Please double, triple, quadruple check your information before submitting.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Oh no! Of course I will replace that for you straight away. Send me an email with a photo of the damage and I’ll get a new one on it’s way to you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on a few factors, but generally you should receive your order within 5 to 14 business days. If you are planning on moving house or going on holidays, please keep this in mind! If delivery fails multiple times and the print returns to the warehouse, there will be an additional re-delivery fee :(

Are frames included with the prints?

No, prints are unframed, allowing you the freedom to choose a frame that matches your style.

How will the prints be shipped?

They will arrive carefully rolled in a cardboard box to protect them from damage during transit. After unrolling, keep the print flattened for a couple of days.

Tell me about the paper and materials?

All images are printed on a premium luster photo paper (mixture of gloss and matte finish) using a water-based inkjet printing technique. This means that the prints are highly saturated and retain detail, but don’t reflect too much light. The prints are fairly resistant to fingerprint marks, though I still recommend handling them carefully.

What are the shipping costs?

I really don’t like shipping fees, so I’ve kept them as low as I can possibly go. All orders, regardless of whether you buy one or twenty prints, will cost just ¥500 for shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you use drop shipping?

Yes! I have sold hundreds of prints this way and I do it for a number of reasons:

• It keeps the price down: Using an on-demand printing service means that you get high-quality prints (that I have personally tested and have hanging in my own home) at an accessible price point. That’s why my prints start at around $40 and not $200.

• It means shipping will be faster: The company I use has printing facilities all around the world. Ordering from Japan? It will be printed in Japan. Ordering in from the UK? The print will be printed in the UK. The print doesn’t have to travel very far to get to you.

• It’s environmentally conscious: Only printing once an order comes through, plus shipping locally, means that there’s less waste and less carbon footprint.
